As well as private flu jabs, it also offers rapid Covid testing and Covid antibody testing, with the results available while you wait.

CEO Jane Lambert said: "Getting vaccinated against flu has never been more important given the current Covid crisis. People could get seriously ill if they were to contract both the flu and Covid.

"Makewell wants to support the community in Milton Keynes as a whole, and therefore want to offer at least 50 free flu vaccinations to the homeless in Milton Keynes who may not have had the opportunity to get protected already.

“This comes back to basic nursing care and wanting to do whatever you can to help people stay well”

If your organisation works with the homeless and you would like to discuss this offer, contact Makewell via its website www.wemakewell.co.uk and their lead nurse Jane Charman will get in touch.
