Mohammad Ali Choudhry, 29, claims he was discriminated against and victimised because of his disability. He also claims he was unfairly dismissed.
He worked in the kitchens at the service station's KFC restaurant for four years and was dismissed for alleged gross misconduct in January this year.

Hide AdA preliminary industrial tribunal hearing earlier this year heard Mr Choudhry has "visual and hearing impairments" both of which are accepted by the Welcome Break to constitute disabilities within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010.
A third claim is lodged alleging Welcome Break failed to make "reasonable adjustments" for Mr Choudhry, who alleges he was victimised after he brought a grievance.
Welcome Break, which is one of the UK's leading service station operators, is denying all of the claims.
The full hearing will now be held in November next year and is expected to last for 10 days.
