Say hi to iDry - new service in Milton Keynes city centre allows you to dry your wet clothes
iDry, a new service in Milton Keynes that allows you to dry your wet clothing launches today (Wednesday).
The service is located within Xscape, and can be found at the iFly indoor skydiving centre, located on Marlborough Gate in the city.

Believed to be the world’s largest tumble dryer, iDry utilises some of iFly’s wind-tunnel technology, and features a drying system with a variety of settings according based on how sodden your items of clothing are.
Settings include Gentle Breeze, for lightly damp clothes, Permanent Press, for everyday drying needs, and Heavy Duty, a powerful setting reserved for particularly wet garments.
The service has a drying time of 60 seconds and provides a unique spectacle for visitors, who can watch the process unfold.
Walk-ins are available, and the service can dry all types of everyday clothing, ranging from jeans and T-shirts, to socks and underwear.
Speaking about the new service general manager at iFly Brooke Rawson said: “With iDRY, we’re proud to unveil what might just be the world’s most high-powered tumble dryer.
“It is perfect for drying off after a rainy day - just remember to hold on to your socks!”
Centre director at Xscape Dan Murphy added: “At Xscape, our focus is always on bringing fresh, unexpected experiences that add even more excitement to every visit.
“The arrival of iDRY is a perfect example of that - taking something as simple as drying clothes and transforming it into a fun, whirlwind adventure.
“We’re proud to be the first location to introduce this concept, and it’s another step in our commitment to continually evolving the experience we offer.”
