Professional comedians will also be playing along on Zoom and comedian/actor James Redmond has been lined up to host the event.
And they're using the event to crowdfund to raise money for charity, allowing the quiz winners to decide which registered cause the the money goes to.
Ben Robinson, owner of the Comedy Cow said: "Just because we're all stuck indoors for the foreseeable future, doesn't mean that we don't still need a good laugh; and as always, the team at The Comedy Cow have just the solution. With their usual venues closed due to the coronavirus outbreak, we have found a new place to host brilliant nights of entertainment... online."
