Two more Covid patients die at Milton Keynes hospital as large number of new cases in the city are confirmed

Between 4pm yesterday (Tuesday) and 4pm today, 78 people have received positive tests for the virus, making a total of 2,641 cases since the start of the pandemic.

Sadly, over the same period, two Covid patients have died at MK hospital. This makes a total of six Covid-linked deaths at the hospital over the past few days.

The ages of the patients have not been released and it is not known whether they had any underlying health conditions.
