An e-bike with a battery that clips off for easy charging is the latest model to be developed by Volt.

The MK-based manufacturer says the new Pulse model is the most versatile and advanced e-bike on the market.

A spokesman said: "Unlike competitors, VOLT’s latest model allows for the battery to be clipped in and out of the down tube, allowing easy removal, for it to be taken inside any home to be charged."

VOLT bikes have enjoyed a surge in popularity during lockdown, with with sales marking a 300% year-on-year increase in demand.
