Police release image of stolen bike

Thames Valley Police has released an image of a bicycle which was stolen from a property in Milton Keynes last month.

At about 4am on Saturday 28 July two bicycles were stolen from a bike rack on the rear of a vehicle that was backed up to a garage in Welsummer Grove, Shenley Brook End.

The victims were getting set to travel on a holiday when these bikes were stolen.

The first bike (in picture) is orange in colour, model Orange 5 All Mountain bike, frame number 1201655F and serial number 12-33773WXM. The second bike is a Scott CR1 Pro.

Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) Gemma Gibbs from Shenley Brook End and Tattenhoe neighbourhood team said: “I would like to hear from anyone who noticed suspicious activity in the area that morning, or if you have noticed someone who has acquired a bike fitting the above description contact police.”
