Police seek lockdown robber who rides a fluorescent yellow bicycle in Milton Keynes

An 18-year-old victim was punched in the face and robbed of his bag by an offender who rode a fluorescent yellow bike.

The victim was on a grassed area of CMK's Avebury Boulevard, opposite Columbia Place, when the man rode towards him.

He got off the bicycle and asked the victim if he wanted to fight.

He then grabbed hold of the bag the teenager was wearing across his shoulder and punched him to the face.

The offender cycled off in the direction of Campbell Park.

Police say the victim did not sustain any injuries but the stolen bag contained house keys, personal documents and medication.

The offender is described as a skinny white man, approximately 6ft tall, with short dark brown hair. He was wearing a dark grey jumper and grey jogging bottoms.

The incident happened on at about 7pm on Sunday 26 April

Investigating officer Detective Constable Sebastian Kuzoe, based at Milton Keynes police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who was near to Columbia Place on Sunday evening and may have seen or heard anything and to anyone who recognises the description, particularly the distinctive bike, to get in touch.
