Ash is already serving a three year term for other burglary offences carried out in Olney, and this new sentence of five years and four months will run concurrently to that.

“Ash caused distress to his victims when he broke into their homes, particularly targeting Olney residents,” said investigating Officer, Det Con Chris Bigg, “I hope the fact that he has been given a further sentence for his crimes will come as welcome news for them.

“I hope it serves also as reassurance that we do take burglary seriously and we will do our utmost to investigate these crimes and bring to justice those who carry them out.”
