AROUND 50 excited pupils from Two Mile Ash School got the chance to be coached by the MK Lions.
On Sunday the children enjoyed a one-hour coaching session with the professional city team before enjoying pizza for dinner as well as watching the team play against the Guildford Heat.
The children were taught a number of shooting and ball handling exercises by players Ishmael Fontaine and Cameron Bernard before the game which saw the Lions beat the Heat 98-82.
Head of extended schools at Two Mile Ash, Shirley Townsend, said: “The children had an amazing afternoon, it was a great mix of basketball tuition and entertainment, we will definitely be organising another one for next year.”
