Well, stress no more as it looks like help is at hand, people.

The Swedish furniture chain is now offering a home assembly service in Milton Keynes. Yay!

And you know what that means? No more maddening questions like "where does that screw belong?" or "why does this bookshelf collapse when I move it?"

Now, there'll be no such drama as you can get your furniture built through IKEA's friendly handy pals at TaskRabbit.

Assembly prices starting at £6 with a minimum fee of £22 - and Milton Keynes customers can access the service via the IKEA website.

Daniel Lundholm, country customer fulfilment manager, IKEA UK & Ireland said: “We know that increasingly, people are living extremely busy lives, so we want to make things easier for them by offering affordable and convenient services, like TaskRabbit.”
