Recycle your old Christmas cards at Sainsbury’s

SHOPPERS at Sainsbury’s Bletchley are being encouraged to recycle their old Christmas cards

The store, situated in The Brunel Centre, has a Christmas card recycling bin in place for people to bring in their cards between up until January 15.

The bin is at the front of the store and Sainsbury’s will make a donation to the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) based on the volume of cards collected.

Mark Siggins, store manager Mark Siggins said: “We know that our customers care about the environment and reducing their impact on landfill so we’re providing really simple and hassle-free ways for them to live more sustainably and recycle their Christmas-waste once the holidays are over.”
