Rollerskater, 16, pushed to the floor and robbed of her iPad in Milton Keynes


A 16-year old-girl was robbed of her iPad where she rollerskated with a friend in Bean Hill.

She was pushed to the floor by a man on the redway between the GP surgery at around 7pm on Monday causing her to graze her knee and elbow.

She dropped the iPad and the offender then grabbed it, pushing the victim back again.

The offender ran off towards Bean Hill.

He is white, 5ft8ins tall of a medium build, around 16 to 17 years old, with blue eyes, short blonde hair and a local accent.

Investigating officer Det Con Wendy Cissell from Milton Keynes police station said: “As it is now school holidays we remind young people to be mindful when using electronic devices and to not use them in plain view of other people.

“If anyone say anything suspicious or has information regarding this incident please contact myself through the non emergency 101 enquiry centre number.”
