Round-up: Incidents requiring firefighter support in Milton Keynes

Firefighters have been kept busy across the city in the past few days - here are a few of the incidents.

On Saturday morning they were called to a collision involving two cars, Barnsdale Drive, Westcroft. A crew from Great Holm attended and made the scene safe.

Crews from Newport Pagnell, Broughton and Great Holm were called upon after a car struck the central reservation on the M1 northbound, between Newport Pagnell service area and junction 15 (Northampton). No-one was trapped or injured.

Shortly before 11.30pm on Saturday night, units from Broughton and Newport Pagnell were again called on, following a collision involving one car in Tickford Street, Newport Pagnell.

They released one man, who was injured.

A chimney fire in Crofts End, Sherington on Monday morning also required their services.
