RSPCA Milton Keynes and North Bucks have so many cats desperately in need of new homes that they have decided to hold a special re-homing day at Midsummer Vets in Stantonbury.

The charity has seen a marked rise in the number of kittens and cats it is having to care for, and it is struggling to support the volume of unwanted animals in need.

Saturday’s event will be a great opportunity to meet the cats and to see which one picks you!

“There will be a variety of characters and colours and none of them will want to go back to the cattery.

“Please pop along and adopt instead of shop!” invite organisers.

All the adult cats will be neutered, microchipped and treated for fleas and worms. They will also have had (at least) their first vaccinations and four weeks free insurance available from Petplan. They ask for a minimum donation of £60 for each cat and a home visit may be required.

The branch also will have information available about the kittens and small mammals in their care that are looking for homes.
