RUGBY fanatic Marcus Pond was saved from the trauma of a 12-hour operation and loss of flexibility in his spine thanks to a new exercise routine.

Marcus, of Oldbrook, suffers with Scoliosis, and was diagnosed with a curvatureof the spine and believed the operation was necessary to fuse spine. But he discovered the group Scoliosis SOS which put Marcus on a two-week course of treatment offering almost instant pain relief and allowing him to carry on playing rugby.

He said: “It’s great that it is so accessible and I would recommend this to anyone. Why would you have major risky surgery if you can just do a few simple exercises?”
