A new housing development was officially opened by rugby star Kyran Bracken.
A new collection of homes at Crest Nicholson’s Cavendish Grange development took place from 6pm to 8pm at show homes in Middleton.
Kyran kicked off the evening with a short speech, before having his photo taken with guests and signing merchandise for fans.
The development includes 64 new homes with a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses.
Christine Tiernan, Sales & Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson South, said: “The launch was a great success and we were delighted to welcome so many people along to the event.
“One of the key attractions of Cavendish Grange is the great location. Whether you’re a commuter travelling into London or a family looking for great local schools, the Cavendish Grange properties cater for all purchasers. We’ve had a fantastic response, having already sold eight properties. We’ve also sold out of two bedroom houses since the launch but we will have more available, so if you’re keen to buy a property, please get in touch with our sales team.”
Crest Nicholson also has another development in Milton Keynes, Oakgrove Village, just south of Cavendish Grange. A new underpass will allow safe access to the facilities of Oakgrove, including the shops at the Neighbourhood Centre.
