Over the past few weeks, Santa has welcomed hundreds of children from across Milton Keynes to his grotto at Frosts Garden Centre in Woburn Sands and he has secretly revealed the most wanted toys of Christmas 2014.
Topping the list is an Elsa doll from Disney’s blockbusting animation, Frozen. The Princess doll has completely outstripped any other request although number two on the list is a classic of yesteryear; Lego. Now available in almost every form, the little bricks have made a huge come back and shown their popularity amongst little ones. In third place was a Xeno monster doll.
Santa said: “These are the requests that stand out as the toys children are asking for most frequently and that are written in their letters.” Santa’s elves will now be working especially hard to ensure all of the good girls and boys of Milton Keynes receive the toy they have wished for on Christmas Day.
Santa’s grotto is completely sold out up until Christmas Eve but there is plenty more festive fun to be had; Frosts’ real ice rink is also open every day and will remain open until Sunday 4 January. Skating sessions are available throughout the day until the Centre closes; those hoping for a truly enchanting experience should come after sunset when the ice rink is lit up by fairy lights. There is a special New Year’s Day skate with breakfast which is a magical way to start 2015 with the whole family.
