Hundreds of people helped to launch a Gym Amnesty at Snozone with free taster sessions for skiing and snowboarding.

The popular venue held an Open Weekend in May where people could trade their gym membership cards at Snozone.

As well as fun on the snow slopes Snozone had a surf simulator, arts and crafts, face painting and regular visits from Snozone ,ascot Percy the Penguin.

Elena Kale, group commercial manager at Snozone, said: “Our customers already know what a great workout an hour on the slopes can provide and how much fun it is at the same time.

“We’re looking forward to introducing more people to the health and fitness benefits of skiing and boarding. Our great value offers and new membership options can make weekly sessions far more affordable than gym memberships and at Snozone we have something for all ages and abilities - and importantly where families can all participate together, unlike in a gym.”
