SpongeBob SquarePants entertained children at intu

Hundreds of children met SpongeBob SquarePants and delved into the underwater world of Bikini Bottom for fun and laughter at intu Milton Keynes on Families from across Milton Keynes came to meet the ocean's funniest sponge.

The SpongeBob SquarePants meet and greet was free and children joined in with fun and games throughout the day.

In partnership with Nickelodeon, intu is also hosting a SpongeBob SquarePants Laughter Party at intu Milton Keynes on Thursday 7 and Friday 8 April. Visitors will be able to dive into SpongeBob SquarePants’ world of Bikini Bottom to join the ultimate sea-bed laughter party, packed with interactive fun and games, including the Giggle Groove silent disco, Snail Slalom racing, Laughter Limbo and much more.

Activities are free, with no booking required and are open to all ages, but are particularly suitable for children in pre-school and early years.

intu Milton Keynes’ general manager Shelley Peppard said: “SpongeBob SquarePants was absolutely fantastic; all of the children that attended had a wonderful time and enjoyed playing lots of fun games with him. The whole day was really engaging and we can’t wait for the SpongeBob SquarePants Laughter Parties later this week.”

There will also be an intu special edition SpongeBob SquarePants magazine available exclusively for Kids’ Club members.
