Spring menu to work the tastebuds at Paris House
Phil Fanning, award-winning chef and owner of Bedfordshire's only Michelin Star restaurant Paris House - set in the stunning deer park of the Woburn Estate - has a new spring menu to tempt diners.
The new six, eight and 10 course menus pioneer the use of Japanese cooking techniques to refine and deliver exceptional British food with flavours, aromas and textures to excite.
“I am very excited to be unveiling this menu to the public as it embraces the Japanese flavours and methods that I love and I have been wanting to share with my guests,” he said.
“We are proud of these new creations and are very much looking forward to welcoming diners to try this new style of British food.”
