It could only be the Great Taste event, which saw an array of delicious food and drink on offer at the intu shopping centre at the weekend.
Star chefs Mark Lloyd, Cathryn Dresser and Richard Fox each gave a series of cookery demonstrations over Friday, Saturday and Sunday, while youngsters were offered a timetable of fun events of either Jammy Biscuits or Rainbow Biscuits.
intu Milton Keynes also presented the ‘intu Great Taste’ recipe book, following a competition at intu shopping centres across the UK. Local restaurants contributed their offerings to the collection, with Nonna’s Restaurant in Woburn Sands giving the recipe for chicken skin bruschetta, Jac Roberts in Milton Keynes telling how to cook crab cakes in saffron sauce, and lobster malai curry from Calcutta Brasserie in Stony Stratford.
