Each year around 430 babies are admitted onto the unit, which cares for babies born too early, too small or very ill.

Karen Rice, lead nurse on the neonatal unit, said: “It is really lovely to have the continued support of the Webber Independent School. Their donations have contributed to some really special bits of equipment, as well as enhancements to the unit – including the our wonderful neonatal unit entrance doors.”

Viktoria Molnar-Smith who is a teacher at the Webber Independent School, said: “We’re delighted to be able to support Milton Keynes Hospital Charity’s Little Livesagain, and take real pride in knowing that we are making a difference to the babies who are looked after on the neonatal unit, as well as their families. We will definitely be continuing to raise money next year too.”

Jenny Howells, community and events fundraiser at Milton Keynes Hospital Charity added: “I love working with The Webber Independent School, their students are inspirational and we are so grateful to them for their ongoing support.”
