Teenage girl’s phone stolen after attack

An e-fit has been released in connection with an attack on a 16-year-old girl in an underpass which saw her phone stolen.

Police would like to speak to the man involved in the attack on January 24 at around 11.15am. The girl was walking through an underpass towards the H5 close to Grange Farm when a man rode past her on a bike.

She then felt something on the back of her head which knocked her over before the man demanded her Samsung Galaxy S3, which she handed over.

He then rode off on a silver bike in the direction of Grange Farm.

The girl suffered cuts and bruises but did not require hospital treatment.
