Three men injured after being shot with an air weapon

Three men suffered leg injuries after they were shot at with an air weapon

The incident happened at a park, near Bossiney Place, in Fishermead, at 8.50pm on Friday and the men suffered minor puncture wounds to their legs.

Chief Inspector Ed McLean, the Deputy Commander of the Milton Keynes police area, said: “The men suffered minor injuries from what we believe to be an air weapon or BB gun.

“We are still speaking to the victims to establish more fully what has taken place. However, I would reassure the community that we do not believe this to be related to any previous incident in the Fishermead area or that it was part of a robbery or other serious criminal activity.”

Any witnesses can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
