Ringway MK, which does the gritting on behalf of the council, announced on Twitter it will be making the roads safer tonight.
A Ringway MK spokesman said: "Our gritting team will be out this evening, with road temps dropping as low as -1.6 Degrees Celsius overnight and into tomorrow morning. With wet roads possible and low temperatures forecast, a frosty start is likely. Please drive to conditions."
