A lorry has overturned on the busy Redmoor Roundabout in Milton Keynes.

Milton Keynes police have asked motorists to avoid the area.

"Please be aware that the Redmoor roundabout is closed and will be for some time due to an overturned lorry," a Thames Valley Police spokesman said.

"Please find an alternative route if possible."
