Police in Milton Keynes are trying to piece together the events leading up to and causing a serious collision that occurred in Newport Pagnell on yesterday afternoon (Saturday).

The crash happened at 3pm on the A509 Chichley Hill, when a Black Audi S4 saloon and purple Ford Transit Connect van were involved in a collision.

Police are appealing for any witnesses or any motorists with dashcam footage to come forward.
