Two lanes closed on the M1 after crash near Milton Keynes

An accident on the motorway near Milton Keynes has caused two lane closures and potentially traffic delays for two hours.

A crash on the M1 Southbound between junctions 14 and 13 has led to two lanes being closed.

The Traffic England report states this has led to queueing in the area, but traffic is coping well.

The accident was first reported at approximately 08:30am this morning (February 12).

The current expectation is that normal traffic will resume between 10:15 and 10:30am, according to Traffic England.

No further information on how many vehicles were involved in the accident is available currently.
