Two people hospitalised following two-car collision in Milton Keynes

Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service said it sent one fire engine and one crew to the incident in Wenning Lane, Emerson Valley, yesterday (Tuesday) at around 7.50pm.

Firefighters said no-one was trapped but South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS) gave first aid to two women and a man.

An SCAS spokesperson said: "We sent two rapid response vehicles, an ambulance officer and three ambulance crews to the scene. They were assessing and treating three patients, two of which were then taken to hospital by our crews."
