UPDATE: Man arrested on suspicion of murder following New Bradwell death

At around 2.40pm on Thursday the body of a 29-year-old woman was found inside a property in Newport Road, New Bradwell.

Specially-trained family liaison officers are continuing to support the woman’s next of kin.

A 24-year-old man from Milton Keynes, who was arrested on Friday on suspicion of murder was bailed yesterday (Sunday) until January 4 2018, pending further enquiries.

A scene watch remains in place. A Post-Mortem examination is due to take place tomorrow (Tuesday).

Detectives investigating the death are continuing to appeal for anyone who has any information which could assist the investigation to contact police via the 24-hour enquiry centre on 101 quoting reference 823.
