VIDEO: Alan Featherstone talks about

A NEW road crime reporting scheme launched by a former assistant chief constable aims to crackdown on incidents such as road rage and driving with a mobile phone.

Ex-Northants assistant chief constable Alan Featherstone is the man behind, which encourages people to use special in-car cameras to provide high quality video evidence of crime on the roads.
