Bedfordshire’s only Michelin-starred restaurant opened its doors to VIPs last night as executive chef Phil Fanning celebrated his first anniversary as owner of Paris House.
Woburn’s fine dining restaurant, which is set on 22 acres of picturesque deer park, successfully kept its place in the Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland list this year.
Mr Fanning said: “We’ve got a really good understanding of how to deliver high-quality hospitality to keep people coming back.
“We’ve got a really good product - our food is really exciting and interesting and that is an incentive in itself for people to come back.
“We look after people. Our business model is warm, friendly, professional, and elegant and we try to capture that for every customer who walks through the door.
“If we can make friendships and make people feel warm and welcome then they want to come back.”
