Willen Hospice celebrates anniversary with forget-me-not garden

To celebrate 25 years of Willen Hospice, the team is creating a beautiful garden of giant forget-me-not flowers in the hospice grounds.

Supporters can celebrate someone or something special with a beautiful, unique forget-me-not flower and then take home as a keepsake or a gift for someone special.

The garden will be at the bottom of the Willen Hospice grounds – viewable from the path alongside Willen Lake North between and November 14 and 27.

The flowers will be available for collection from Monday, December 5.

Contributions in creating this garden will help Willen Hospice to continue to make a difference to our patients and their loved ones.

Sue Whear, patient and family services manager, said: “It’s fantastic to be celebrating 25 years of the services by hosting our garden.

“It is a very unique way to be part of something special whilst raising money to support the care here at Willen Hospice.”
