The sessions will be an opportunity to find out more about the Hospice’s MK to Paris cycle ride and the exciting Borneo Jungle Adventure, both taking place next year.

The exciting Borneo Adventure takes place between 11 and 20 October and will see intrepid adventurers take a ten day trek through the rainforest, where they will camp in remote villages, see amazing wildlife and even meet orangutans.

The open evening will take place next Tuesday (October 23) at the Winter Gardens outside Bannatyne’s Health Club, Central Milton Keynes, 6.30pm. To find out more about the challenge, visit www.willen-hospice.org.uk/borneo

For those looking for an adventure a little closer to home, the Hospice has teamed up with Cycle4Good to arrange a cycling challenge that will take riders from MK to Paris between 26 –29 June 2019. It is ideal for cyclists of all abilities, whether a keen rider or beginner, so anyone can take part and help raise vital funds for Willen Hospice.

The open evening will take place on Monday, October 29 at The Caldecotte pub next to Caldecotte Lake, 7pm. To find out more about the challenge, visit www.willen-hospice.org.uk/mktoparis

Both evenings will provide further information, fundraising advice and the chance to meet the team. There is no need to book, simply turn up.

Challenges fundraiser Chris Gregg, said: “These are both amazing challenges and a chance to see two stunning countries.

“They are a great way to challenge yourself, meet new people and most importantly, raise money for your local Hospice.

“We would love to see anyone who’s interested at our open evenings so we can explain more.”

Both challenges are open to anyone over 18 with a good level of fitness.
