Witness appeal after indecent exposure

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a man exposed himself to a woman on Thursday.

At about 3.30pm, the 30-year-old victim was driving on South Row looking for a parking space when she noticed a man touching himself inappropriately in the middle of South Row pedestrian area.

She then saw the man ride a dark coloured worn mountain bike down an underpass towards Oldbrook.

He is described as having an Asian look, aged between 35 and 45-years-old, stocky build, very dark fluffy hair down to his ears with a middle parting. He was wearing dark trousers that were down by his ankles and a light T-shirt pulled up to his shoulders.

PC Lucie Clarke, said: “I would like to hear from anyone who may have noticed a man who fits the above description in the area at the time of the incident, as any information will help with our inquiry.”
