A group of male offenders became involved in an altercation with three men who were standing at the rear of Morrisons supermarket in Westcroft, close to a building site.

During the altercation, which happened just after 6pm, the victim, an 18-year-old man, was punched in the face.

The group then followed him in to the Westcroft shopping district, where the victim asked passers-by to call police.

The offenders then ran away towards Savill Lane.

The victim sustained minor facial injuries which did not require hospital treatment.

The offender is black, aged 15 to 16 years of age, short, of large build with short black hair.

He was wearing a black tracksuit and had a black mountain bike. He was accompanied by approximately four other teenage boys of a similar age.

“This assault happened in daylight hours in a busy part of the Westcroft estate. I am keen to speak to anybody who the victim approached or anybody who knows who the offenders are,” said Investigating officer PC Joseph Swan, from Milton Keynes police station.
