Woman, 78, in hospital with life-threatening injuries following serious collision in Milton Keynes

Police are appealing for witnesses following Tuesday's collision

At 12.30pm yesterday (Tuesday), a collision occurred between a red Honda Civic and a grey BMW Mini at the junction of H4 Dansteed Way and Burnham Drive in Bradwell Common.

As a result of the collision, a woman suffered serious neck and spinal injuries, and was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford, where she remains in a critical condition.

Investigating officer PC Michael Sapwell said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this collision, or who may have any information to assist our investigation to call 101, quoting reference number 43180286413.

“I am also urging anybody who may have dash-cam footage of the collision to contact us.
