Youth seen with '˜hand gun' near Stadium MK in Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a man was seen brandishing a weapon in Bletchley.

At around 5.20pm and 6.05pm in the car park of the McDonald’s near Stadium MK on Tuesday evening, a male teenager was seen holding a metal pole, and later what looked like some sort of hand gun.

It was not pointed at anyone and no one was hurt during the incident.

He then left shortly after on foot, on the redway that runs alongside the V7, he then went towards Beanhill.

The offender is described as white, in his late teens to early 20s, wearing a black flat peaked baseball cap with a red stripe around the edge, navy blue rain coat with a hood and blue jeans.

There were also a number of other youths at the McDonald’s car park at the time, some of whom were on bikes.

Investigating Officer, PC Clare Mountain, said: “We are investigating this incident, and we are appealing for anyone who saw a group of lads, at the location on Tuesday evening, and anyone who has seen one holding a pole and then a gun.

“If you have any information in connection with this incident we would ask you to contact the 24-hour Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.”
