It has won the Intu Shopping Centre’s award for best customer service for the past two years running.
All work is carried out in-house by the ZipYard’s own professional seamstresses who can pin up alterations in the centre’s private dressing rooms.
In response to customer demand, the ZipYard has now expanded its services to include luxury dry cleaning. Items will be hand finished and hand pressed to the highest standards.

Other ZipYards in neighbouring towns have been using this company with glowing reports so we are absolutely delighted that we can now offer a much needed high-end full dry cleaning service.
“We had a great day celebrating five fantastic years at the Intu shopping centre with regular and new customers. Everybody entered into the party spirit and Mary was absolutely thrilled to win the big prize on just her first visit to our centre.”
The ZipYard is located on the first floor West Walk above the O2 store.
