MK Council has refused to say whether it will investigate one of its own youth workers for publishing “obscene and disturbing” photos of himself on social media.

Jay Proctor, by day teaches employment and life skills to young people in MK aged between 16 and 24.

But in his spare time, under his alias of Wade Radford, he is an underground LGBT filmmaker, writer and actor famed for such titles as ‘Sex, Lies and Depravity’, ‘Boys Behind Bars’ and even a film about necrophilia.

His website called Official Jay Proctor aka Wade Radford contains details of his work, and his Facebook page and Twitter account show worrying images and links to videos containing violence and sex.

His biography says hehas had roles in “ snuff and horror” films. In one of them he played a “bisexual, psychotic necrophilic called Hayden Reef

One parent said: “This guy is working with some youngsters who are really vulnerable and easily influenced. I was shown some of the films he makes and was absolutely disgusted that the content seems to be violent and unwilling sexual acts. I think it is immoral for someone trusted to work with young people.”

An council spokesman would not confirm that Jay would be investigated as a result of the complaints to the Citizen.

She said: “We have a code of conduct that all employees are expected to meet, and we investigate any complaints about our employees’ professional standards.”
