MK SPRINGERS Gymnastics coach Ashley Stone is on top of the world this week thanks to the National Hockey Foundation.
The Foundation has donated a large sum of money to the club to help them purchase new gymnastic equipment.
Their new parallel bars, which arrived last Friday, will be put to good use, developing the skills of the boys’ groups that Ashley now coaches.
The club has seen a big influx of new members, especially boys who want to be the next Louis Smith after his Olympic silver medal success at London 2012.
Club manager Jean Heffer-Rahn said: “This new equipment will enable us to get our boys ready for competitions. They can develop new skills and strength.
“We are extremely grateful to the Hockey Foundation.”
