The city’s biggest korfball event takes place this weekend, with teams from all over the country flocking to Milton Keynes to take part.
Some of the country’s top korfball teams will play in this Saturday’s annual Korfstock tournament.
Now in its seventh year, the outdoor competition will feature over 20 teams, including Birmingham City, recently promoted to the top-flight England Korfball League, as well as strong regional-level teams from Manchester, Norwich and Bristol.
Home team MK City is also taking part, hoping to make the most of the extra outdoor practice gained over the past two months from the local weekly Summer League .
The tournament will take place at MK Rugby Club in Emerson Valley from 10am on Saturday morning, with the final due to start at approximately 4.30pm.
Money raised from the event will go to The Jennifer Trust for Spinal Muscular Atrophy.
