MMKAC have not had a good male pole vaulter for some years, but it looks as if Tim Penley may well continue to progress with what he has achieved this summer. Starting with a PB of 2.50m he has now cleared a metre higher. At Bedford he finished fifth with a superb height of 3.51m. Tim had progressed to 3.40m recently and is now ninth in the UK U15 boys rankings.
