Broken bones don't stop Agnes

Broken fingers didn't stop Agnes Buda from taking the gold medal in the GTI English OpenChampionship.

A snowboarding accident the day before the competition left her with a hand injury, but with no time to get it checked, the British Blackbelt Taekwando Association player headed over to Cheltenham to compete in the sparring (fighting) category.

Despite the hand injury, Agnes didn’t let it afect her as performed brilliantly and dominated the competition, taking the gold medal.

Remarkably, she went to hospital the following day, and a scan on her hand revealed she fought with two broken fingers.
