James Clark and Iqbal John made light work of the visiting batsmen, with Clark taking 5-45, and John 3-45 as Tiddington were all out for 126.

The reply was swift, with opener Mark Nelson getting the home side off to a firm start with 40, while Doug Aris chipped in with 34 as Brickhill (128-5) cruised to victory.

With Thame’s draw against Long Marston, Brickhill are now just three points adrift of top spot at the halfway stage.
