Tapeball makes it’s way to Bletchley

Pakistan’s favourite street game is heading to Bletchley Leisure Centre.

Tapeball cricket, said to have originated in Karachi during the 1970s before spreading around the world, will finally reach the sports hall at Bletchley Leisure Centre on October 9.

Chris Bryden, sport development manager at Bletchley Leisure Centre and self-confessed tapeball fan said: “Pakistan is a cricket crazy country and this faster, flexible indoor version of the game is not just enormous fun but great for developing technique too.”
