Ashcroft picks up monthly manager gong
Newport Pagnell Town Reserves boss David Ashcroft has been named manager of the month for September.
Under Ashcroft’s guidance, the Swans reserves won seven out of seven last month as they look set to follow their first team counterparts in mounting a serious title challenge this season.
The reserves sit second in the UCL Reserves Division, two points behind leaders Desborough Town Reserves, but with a game in hand.
Their next game, on Saturday, sees the Swans take on Yaxley Reserves in the Reserves KO Cup.
