Dons drawn against neighbours in EFL Trophy

MK Dons have been drawn against two close neighbours as they await to hear their final group opponents in the EFL Trophy.

Russell Martin's side have been placed in Southern Group C alongside Northampton Town and Stevenage. The final member of the group will be an academy side.

Possible opponents are: Brighton, Arsenal, Chelsea, Norwich, Fulham, Southampton, West Brom, West Ham.

The draw will be made on Tuesday at 1.30pm on Talk Sport. Matchday one of the competition will take place during the week commencing September 7.

Dons' full fixture list for the League One campaign will be revealed at 9am on Friday.
