Dons prepped for huge Hull test
Steve Bruce’s side are in the midst of a promotion battle, currently sitting fourth in the league, just three points from the automatic promotion places.
Dons on the other hand are precariously placed just a point outside the drop zone.

Hide AdLast time the sides met, Dons were on the end of a 2-0 scoreline at stadium:mk, but Robinson felt his side had done enough to warrant a point back in October.
He knows it will be a tough afternoon at the KC Stadium on Saturday though.
“We were excellent in that game, and we had them on the ropes at times,” he said. “But Hull’s quality is there for all to see.
“They were deemed to have rested players in the week against Arsenal, but it was a side that could easily compete in this league.

Hide Ad“They have an unbelievable team. They’ve got a manager who has been there, seen it and done it, talented coaches, and we know going to the KC Stadium we’ll have a tough afternoon.
“It’s what we wanted when coming in at this level.
“We have to go there in the right frame of mind. We’ve picked a team with an awful lot of pace in it, and we feel we can go there and cause Hull some problems too.
“Defensively we have to be solid, but there are elements of their game you cannot plan for because they have great players capable of creating moments of magic. And sometimes you just have to hold your hands up to them.
“There’s a lot of self confidence and belief. There’s a great buzz here. If we can carry out our game plan, we can be very competitive. We have to make the players believe in themselves.”
